Data we process
When you use AI Ads Lab, we may process:
- TikTok OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens;
- basic TikTok account identity information that you authorize TikTok to share;
- content, captions, and images you create; and
- your upload history, including publishing status and related identifiers.
Why we use this data
We use this data to connect your authorized TikTok account, create and manage content, upload content at your request, show upload history and status, maintain the service, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service from misuse.
Storage and retention
Data is stored on the systems used to operate AI Ads Lab and is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. OAuth tokens are retained so the authorized connection can continue until it expires, is revoked, or is deleted.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Deleting your data
You may request deletion of your account-related data, generated content, upload history, and stored OAuth tokens by contacting the AI Ads Lab operator. You can also revoke TikTok access through your TikTok account settings. Some limited records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security purposes.
Sharing and sales
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be sent to service providers, including TikTok and AI or infrastructure providers, only as needed to provide features you request, operate the service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
